Stacey - Practice Administrator

Stacey came to us 8 years ago with 10 years of previous management experience. She helps keep us running smoothly by creating systems and procedures that enhance our patient’s experiences and simplify our lives. These systems and procedures provide you, the patient, with streamlined, efficient, up to date, and superior services. Please find her in the office or call her anytime with any questions or suggestions that you may have. She’s on board to make sure that we are always exceeding your expectations!


Jo - Medical Assistant Supervisor

Jo has been in the orthopedic world for over 15 years, 14 of those years as an orthopedic technician. She is experienced in all forms of orthopedics, but has specialized with hands, feet and spine exclusively. The creator of the designer/glitter cast, she enjoys making the best out of everything. "Casts are temporary, but the memory of a fun cast can last forever." She also assists Dr. Cohen in the back office, making sure the office flow runs smoothly and that our patients are taken care of in a timely manner.



Cristina joined our team as our Patient Coordinator in 2011, having previously worked as a professional makeup artist. She’ll be the first face you see when you enter our office, always greeting you with a nice warm smile. She ensures that all new patient paperwork is processed quickly and efficiently so your appointment begins at its scheduled time and calls to remind you of your next appointment time. When records need to be sent she makes sure they are sent in a timely manner. Most importantly she always keeps the waiting area clean and tidy!



With an extensive background in project management, planning, and proofreading, since 2009, Nancy has been our Medical Reporting and Transcription Supervisor and Med-Legal Coordinator. In addition to preparing and overseeing our daily reporting, she is the liaison between the doctor and the Plaintiff and Defense attorneys who retain Dr. Cohen or Dr. Rudin as an Expert Witness and handles all of the doctors’ Expert Witness med-legal work. Her attention to detail, compassion, and meticulous work ethic help to ensure that we deliver the highest degree of care and service.



Gabby has been in the medical field for 9 years. She is a floater in the office; helping wherever she is needed. Her background is in Urgent Care and Family Practice and she is excited to break ground in orthopedics. She enjoys the fast paced office environment while engaging in one on one patient care. She also assists Dr. Cohen with applying casts and splints and helps with the phones, scheduling appointments and filling out any necessary forms you will need for work, school or disability.



After working for 13 years in Financial Services, Dee took time off to raise two children. Her experience in management, training, compliance and customer service provides an excellent foundation for performing her responsibilities in our office. Dee assists patients with scheduling, payment processing and insurance verification. She also helps our patients in explaining the benefits of MD Apothecary, the highly regarded supplements that we offer. Dee is happy to help you with any general questions or concerns.



Debby has a history of working in accounting with CPA’s and non-profit organizations. She has also served as Vice President of a national charity group where she oversaw all philanthropic volunteer programs. Debby now assists patients in our office with scheduling, payment processing, and general questions and concerns.




Norma is the friendly voice you hear on the other end of the line when you have appointment or surgical billing questions. She has worked closely with Dr. Cohen since 2001 and entered her career in medicine as an occupational therapy aide. Norma understands the intricacies of the practice and insurance billing. When you are in need of surgery she will walk you through the steps and make every aspect of your surgical experience as easy as possible. She is always in the office or just a phone call away to gladly answer any billing questions that you may have.
