Stacey
Stacey
came to us with 10 years of previous management experience. She now helps keep us running smoothly by creating systems and procedures that enhance our patient's experiences and simplify our lives. These systems and procedures provide you, the patient, with streamlined, efficient, up to date, and superior services. Please find her in the office or call her anytime with any questions or suggestions that you may have. She's on board to make sure that we are always exceeding your expectations!
Norma
Norma is the friendly voice you hear on the other end of the line when you have appointment or surgical billing questions. She has worked closely with Dr. Cohen since 2001 and entered her career in medicine as an occupational therapy aide. Norma understands the intricacies of the practice and insurance billing. She is always in the office or just a phone call away to gladly answer any billing questions that you may have. Our goal is to give you the best care possible in every way.
Peter
If you hear from Peter it is probably because your insurance company is not cooperating with us! With degrees in fields as varied as computer science and culinary arts, insights learned from years of running his own businesses and a desire to make things work, Peter is a determined problem solver. (Peter brings this wide variety of business and life experience to the practice as well as his dashing figure and cutting wit.) He spends most of his time working with insurance companies ensuring proper claims processing, as well as other duties in the billing department.
Thanh
With over 9 years of experience in the Orthopedic field, Thanh holds a license as a radiology technician and helps Dr Cohen with all of his technical needs for our patients. He also works with Dr Cohen in the operating room and creates those beautiful casts in our office! (Just ask him for sparkle or stripes!) Thanh is the smiling face you see from the time you enter the exam room to the time you leave and we would be lost without him!
Nancy
With an extensive background in project management and planning as well as writing, copy editing, and proofreading, Nancy is our Medical Reporting and Med-Legal Coordinator. She is responsible for ensuring accurate and prompt workers' compensation reports, patient reports, and med-legal reports and correspondence. In addition, she supports our Work Comp Coordinator, and although she does not see the patients regularly on a day-to-day basis now, she continues to be devoted to making sure our patients' medical needs are met. Her compassion and meticulous work ethic help to ensure that we deliver the highest degree of care and service to our patients, adjusters, work comp insurance companies, and attorneys.
Garrett
When making an appointment or checking out, you'll talk to Garrett. Garrett has 20 years of management experience and brings with him the desire to always meet and exceed your expectations. In the role of middle desk support, you'll find Garrett booking your appointment, answering your phone call, verifying your insurance, and checking you out. From his attention to detail, to his multi-tasking skills, to his all around efficiency, Garrett strives to make your check out experience a speedy and pleasant one.
Cristina
With over 8 years of customer service experience, Cristina comes well-equipped to handle any questions or comments you may have for her. Her smiling face is the first thing you see upon entering our office, and the last thing you see before you leave. Her attention to detail and ability to multi-task make sure that your office visit runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Cristina’s job responsibilities include a multitude of tasks, the most important of which is to carefully enter all patients’ previous and current medical conditions, exams, testing, and overall medical history into the charts used by Dr. Cohen and Dr. Rudin on a day to day basis.
